These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse mediation rules.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023, or through litigation in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ardent Fort Law, its partners, associates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Ardent Fort Law reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
